Her expertise lies in the areas of Executive Recruiting, Sales, Cyber Security, PreSales, Solution Architects, Product Marketing and Developers.

Ms. Spears has over 20 years in the recruiting business. She has both agency and corporate recruiting experience, with a focus on the corporate environment. Ms. Spears has worked for IBM, Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton and Microsoft.
Ms. Spears has been focused in Strategic Sourcing Projects and Cyber Security since 2000. She has hired both domestically and internationally, working with both large and small recruiting teams around the world.
Ms. Spears has many connections in the Cyber Security space and will be active in maintaining and growing her network to ensure rapid results.
